To set a reminder for a live class, find the upcoming class on the Explore page or you can access the full schedule from the Classes tab, then tap the button to “Remind Me.”

On Echo Show, try saying 'Alexa, set a reminder for the spicy shrimp class at 8 pm'.

From FoodNetwork.com, hover over the ‘Food Network Kitchen Premium’ tab at the top center of the page and select ‘Live Class Schedule’ from the dropdown menu. Then select the ‘Remind Me’ button for each class you would like to be reminded of to tune in.
Class Reminder
If the class is scheduled within 24 hours, you will receive an in-app notification reminder 1 hour before the class airs and again when it is starting.
If the class is scheduled outside of the next 24 hours, you will receive an email reminder notification from reminder@email.foodnetwork.com 24 hours in advance of the class starting with a description and ingredient list in preparation for the upcoming class.
